1. How you receive your purchase

2. File formats
Guides are PDF files you can read on any phone, tablet, or computer, or print at home or at a print shop. The audio edition (if purchased) is provided as MP3 files.
3. Shipping
There are no shipping charges and no physical delivery. Our products are available worldwide.
4. Trouble downloading?
Email support@judgeharlan.com with the email address you used to buy, and we’ll resend your files, usually within 1 business day.
