1. Our 30-day guarantee
You may request a full refund for any paid product within 30 days of your purchase date. You don’t need to give a reason.
2. How to request a refund
- Email support@judgeharlan.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
- Include the email address you used to buy, and your order number if you have it.
- We’ll confirm your refund, usually within 2 business days.
3. When you’ll get your money
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we process it, it usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
4. After 30 days
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we are not able to offer refunds for requests made more than 30 days after purchase, except where required by law.
5. Add-ons and bundles
Add-ons bought with your order (such as the audio edition or gift copies) follow the same 30-day policy. You can request a refund for the full order or for individual items.
6. After a refund
Once refunded, your license to use the product ends. Please delete any copies you downloaded.
7. Duplicate or accidental purchases
Bought twice by mistake? Email us and we’ll refund the duplicate right away.
